The guy at the counter is a gentleman and a scholar, good customer service and was very accommodating even though policies were not.
Excellent products with a caring staff that personally helped me beyond the scope of their job, never been disappointed or let down.
Excellent customer service, far surpasses any of the Paradies stores which are known as the worst customer service in the travel industry.
One star is not justice. Its 1212 on a Thursday on the 4th of Sept 2020. The young girl and I will say girl because she was rude, had no customer service in her attitude nor would I EVER spend another penny at this place. I've traveled the world and her condescending attituted is just why the younger generation is frowned upon anymore. She needs a stern talking too and realize she's not entitled. Not a penny from me agai
