Update 12-27-2020. Left without my food. No staff waiting on customers. I left 7 people in lobby. Still not following the rules.nnWas My favorite Chinese restaurantnThey do not practice social separation anymore.nSmall lobby with lots of people crammed inside. That's how people get sick and die.nNot worth risking my life. People try to wait outside in line but if you call the manager tell you come on in. Not safe. I waited outside for 25 minutes. They need to control people again. It was one at a time now they have gotten lazy in the way they run their business. No wonder the numbers are a record high. Conduct like this! So sad they don't care anymore. I have been coming there almost weekly for many years. Won't be back. Too dangerous.

I give Dale Yee's 4 stars. I ordered #4 Almond Chicken Dinner CARRY OUT. Reasonable proportional of food (fried rice, almond chicken, an egg roll and an hot roll). My main complaint is that they should give me the almond chicken sauce in a cup instead of putting it on the almond chicken itself. Its okay to put the sauce on almond chicken when you are serving it right away (when customer's dining in). But when it sits there, it gets soggy. Which was the case when I finally got home, because some parts of the dinner was soggy. Got NO fortune cookie with dinner. =-/

This restaurant is further from my home than I'd usually travel for a take-out order but my sister recommended them so we made the drive. I typically order General Tso chicken from Chinese restaurants and for this visit I ordered my normal. The meal, however, was one of the best General Tso chicken dinners I've ever had. Their chicken was perfectly fried and the sauce wasn't too sweet or thick. Most importantly, the sauce didn't make the chicken soggy even though it was packed in Styrofoam and endured a 15 minute drive back to our home. Yum.

We have been been going there to dine in(pre pandemic) and ordering take outside as well for over 20 years. Food is always flavorful and hot. Served with friendly staff. Excellent Chinese food!

I have recently moved to the area and am trying to find my new favorite chinese restaurant. I saw good reviews and was excited to try the food. Unfortunately, due to a poor customer service experience today I won't even get to try it. I entered to order to find someone waiting inside to get their food. Stood there for ten minutes as several others walked inside and set off the doorbell. After I realized there were 2 employees sitting down hearing the bell ring, seeing orders sit in a table and wait; possibly for the people waiting with me, I left. I understand workers on a lunch break but after 10 minutes no one even said anything to address the 5 plus people who entered. No one alerted any other staff. Perfect example of the importance of good customer service; I can't try the food if I'm turned away due to poor customer service!
