I wish I could give more stars but today I had the most awful experience at this location. I stopped going to another Wendy’s because the service was terrible. So I only came to this one. Never again. Today, while waiting to order The customer service rep asked for my order.. I gave it and there was about a 2 minute pause. She never got my order. So then she asked me again for my order so I gave it, and then she said “Creamer and sugar?” I ordered a sandwich. Then she responded “mAam you need to wait I’m helping a customer at the window.” As someone who works in customer service I would have worded this much different. I don’t expect a lot from a fast food place as far as customer service. But just a little bit would be nice. I did not order and left the window. I will not be returning and have shared with others who live in the city and have also agreed that this customer service has become really bad. I would recommend a look at how your team talks to customers. This location is rarely busy so that might be an indication of what’s happening.

I go here about once or twice a week. The employees are always super nice and I usually tip them because they are kind when I order and at the pick-up window. Usually I don't do reviews but they really have been consistently polite during my visits and my food always tastes great. Great job!

Burger patties are old and fries served cold.. drenched in grease. Buns were old and had a crunch texture to it and NO not a toasted texture. If you're thinking about stopping and grabbing a quick bite here, save your money and make a sandwich at home.

Love this Wendy's staff is always friendly fast food is prepared good restaurant was very clean when I used to go inside I tip the Wendy's and fast food workers they work very hard for us we should tip them often they do serve 1/8 of America every day

Hi come join us at 7 mile for a lovely jalapeno popper the Alaskan Pollock fish and the pretzels bacon pub we are located at 7 mile and middlebelt right next to discounts tires start your day off with one of these 3 sandwiches from wendys thank you enjoy
