The tea shop has delicious teas and pastries. I love the cozy atmosphere. In warm or cool weather, it's a perfect place to stop and have a cup of tea!
New coffee shop out there. We loved it after the chilly hilly bike ride on Bainbridge. Very friendly staff and a positive atmosphere. We ordered cinnamon latte and macchiato, which we loved!
What a wonderful atmosphere. The chocolates are made from their own tea shop nextdoor partnered with L'Atelie (also on the island, amazing chocolates BTW.) The artifacts and tarot decks are fun to look over. Definitely must check it out
Lovely shop with great shaded table where friends can spread out and wonderful tea.
On the positivite side, the tea shop has a wonderfully friendly staff and I loved how they've created a cozy back porch. Enjoying a cup of tea on your own or with friends is all about relaxing and recovering and they've done a good job setting the stage to feel welcome and rested.nnOn the negative side, they miss the mark on deliverying a satisfying cup of tea. So many mistakes: the quality of the tea, how the tea is stored, how it is brewed and even how it is served. As a certified Tea Sommelier, I based this review on the 3 visits i've made in the last 2 months, an inspection of the dregs, the results of questioning staff on brewing practices, and a detailed analysis of my own tasting experience here.nnThe good news is that, with a little education and attention to detail, I believe Bainbridge could have an excellent tea shop that could offer an exciting and welcoming place for tourist to refresh and relax and for locals to build a community around a perfect brew.
