I will preface by saying that the haircut came out fine. The dye job however did not. The manager offered to fix it for me but only after being rude and condescending. If you have thick hair, they will not guarantee full coverage because it's more difficult to get full coverage on someone with thick hair. Never had that issue at other salons... just here.

A while back I took my handicapped niece to J Michael Salon and everyone was wonderful to her. They were patient and kind. Her stylist, JW, is a sweetheart. I was so impressed with everyone that a couple of weeks later I went to JW and had my haircut and styled.
I called last minute to get a bad haircut (done someplace else) fixed and they were able to accommodate me very quickly! The inside is gorgeous, clean, everyone was so nice and I got an amazing cut! My hair hasn’t felt this great in a while and I’m very impressed the stylist was able to tame my hair! I’m looking forward to going back.
While the stylist tried to do what I asked (I KNOW it was a lot) she didn't quite catch the full spectrum of color. But I was ok with the color. What I found when I got home on my length was what upset me. My ends were Not Even in any way... I was already terrified of sissors beforehand... Seeing the way it was cut made me cry. I went to a different salon to get this fixed because once sissors mess up my hair I have zero trust left
