Amazing customer service!!! Great selection of products; as well as great sales they usually have. It wasn't crowded either, especially for a Saturday. It was also located close to the entrance doors of the mall. I definitely will be back.
Wallflowers are both beautiful and have the most delightful scents. Even for your car. The candles smell amazing. And lasted 4 days. They have body wash, scent balls, lotions and hand sanitizer. I know I'm forgetting something. Just love this store and the helpful staff.
I went to my local store for the first time since last March- The ladies who work here have always been friendly, helpful, hardworking and professional- I made three different trips, this past weekend, and each one was a great experience- They survived Candle Day in the midst of COVID season. They have a nice set up and full safety measures- I’ve always been able to make exchanges without an issue- They always have a nice selection , keeping in mind that in the past few weeks they’ve had big sales and they can only stock what they have- I wish they could expand and have a larger space as they do carry a lot of product in a small are- Thankful to have a local store and such awesome staffud83dude0a
Though the line was long for candle day, it was very organized and the employees were very nice and patient. They had bags ready for everyone and offered good smelling hand sanitizer to everyone before entering. This was good for business and for safety reasons.
We were looking for a specific product, which we were having trouble locating. The store was empty and there were 5 employees situated in a circle at the center of the store, gossiping. Noone offered to help, noone looked at us, noone looked as if they wanted to be interrupted by customers. We left without finding what we were looking for.
