This review is long overdue! I have been with Community Choice C.U. for close to 20 years. My business accountant was the one who recommended them to me since I needed a financial institution that was small business friendly. He nailed it! My wife & I also moved our personal accounts over shortly after. As my sons got old enough they did their banking here as well. Over the years we have been extremely happy with any services we have needed and the staff members who have helped us out. Speaking of staff, I have to mention one employee in particular: Sharon Copciac. She has been phenomenal to work with, from helping us sort out issues with one of my son's accounts & loans while he has been out of the country, to helping my wife and I select the appropriate services as the need arose. More recently she has been a life saver for us as we had to transition my elderly mom's banking needs to Community Choice C.U. from her old banking establishment in northern Michigan where she used to reside. Other staffers currently and over the years have also deserved kudos, but Sharon definitely stands out for us! Community Choice C.U. and their staff have definitely earned a 5 Star rating from our family! Sincerely, Kevin Mark.

Community Choice Credit Union is my favorite financial institution I have ever been a customer.nNo matter who helps me with my needs and issues they go above and beyond every time!nnThey are great for personal and business banking! I had a business account at a different bank for 15 years and they never supported me as a business owner then I tried CCCU. They understood my needs as a small business and supported our newest venture right away.nnThey have many ways to help and are always willing to go the extra mile!nnMy branch is in Livonia at Farmington and 5 Mile

Everytime I have ever walked in here I have been greeted with smiles and very helpful associates! Elizabeth K. Helped me today and was very sweet and informative. My mother banked here for over 25 years, when she passed away my brother and I had to come in and deal with her estate. Everyone we came in contact with were very compassionate and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend someone open an account here.

This Credit union is just a great place for my banking experience! Megan was a wonderful help. The employees go out of there way to help all branch members! All branches seem to be very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Love this Credit Union! Everyone is always so helpful with whatever you need. Very personable, kind and quick!! I've been working with this credit union to try and eliminate some debt and they've went over and beyond to to do just that!!! A special thank you to Lena and Debi for all your hard work.
