Bad customer service good burritos!
Always good burritos and good service. And employees are properly masked and gloved. I've noticed that if they touch a common surface, such as the cash register, they re-glove with a fresh pair. Good social distancing with the customer.
Burrito is amazing and staff friendly following cdc protocols and when they ran out of tofu the manager made me more!
Can’t find the zero star, so one star will do. Phone wasn’t answered all day and message wasn’t returned. Finally got through and was connected to manger, who said I can’t put in a catering order for tomorrow because he isn’t working in the morning. His best solution was for me to call back tomorrow and I can “try to” put an order in then. Nope.
Meh. I usually like Pancheros, but my experience yesterday afternoon was disappointing. The $6+ quesadilla I ordered was not cooked all the way through, so there was still unmelted shredded cheese inside (we were the only people in the restaurant, so it's not like they needed to be in a hurry. In addition, they didn't offer any sour cream, salsa, or sides for the quesadilla-- making it not worth the price in my opinion). The food storage/prep area was very messy looking... it looked like the meat and sides had been sitting out for a bit (I went at about 3). Customer service was anything but exceptional that day.
