There is one older lady there I think her name is Carol who isn’t nice at all. I went in and she said hi and was fine. As soon as I told her I had a return she gave me an attitude. She was so rude and didn’t even say one word the whole time I was there. Didn’t even say bye or thank you. So I said thanks and left. Then called to complain and sat on hold for 5 minuets or so. I got busy and couldn’t wait on hold anymore. I’ve had issues with her before and I know the store manager now and former store manager knows of her issues. And doesn’t seem like she has changed. Wouldn’t let my employees continue this type of behavior..
