My husband called and ordered a 3 meat treat and some BBQ wings. He was charged $15. When he got home we had a pepperoni pizza and wings. I called to tell them we got the wrong pizza. They were rude and said that's what they had for the order.nThey never repeated the order! Need to take some classes in customer service.
Food is usually overcooked and it take 20 mins to get a hot and ready
I usually don't go out of my way to post a review, but in this case I did to save some people their time and money. Don't waste it here (the location in Chesaning, most other ones are fine) Ive been here several times in the last 2 years on my lunch break. 90% of the time when you go in to get a hot n ready, its a 15 min wait. If they actually do have one or a lunch combo ready, you can bet its not cooked all the way. (It don't matter what time of day, they never have any ready) Last time I went here the lady cooking was wearing sandals with no socks. And the pizza looked like a 6 year old made it, bottom was burnt and cheese wasn't even melted. I've had a few very good pizzas from here, but 80% of the time its garbage and the service sucks. I won't be back.

My Father is a regular customer for Hot n readys in Chesaning. 81 yrs old. Now in self quarantine as he visited my Sister in a nursing home, only to learn after 25 minutes that she tested positive for covid. The wonderful staff remembered my Dad, and made his Hot n readys just the way he likes them, so I could leave them on his porch and Pray that he will b ok. Hats off to them, for remembering my Dad!!!!
