Their pizza is good enough when time is short or you need to feed a large group cheaply. Not the best pizza in town and the quality isn't consistent (though their consistency beats that of Pizza Hut).

This is the first time I did an online order. They forgot my sauce that I paid extra for. And then I get home (live right across the street) and my pizza want even fully cooked! I won’t do this again. Boo!! Sorry I have to go now and cook my already supposed to be cooked pizza! Thanks little Caesars crew! Ps slow down your ovens that way the pizza will actually be cooked! We don’t have to worry about Covid we have to worry about food poisoning!

Good food but the employees can be rude and uncaring, and mess up orders. Got the wrong pizza and they didn’t even offer to fix anything and when picking up an order I was forced to pay for extra sauce despite it already being on the order. The employee refused to look at the notes or speak to the person I made the order with.nnIt’s not managed well so order at your own risk when the workers don’t really care.

I just visited this Little Ceasar's location at 4335 Lake Michigan Dr, Walker, MI 49544 and noticed that 2 of the 4 employees that I saw did NOT have masks on and were not social distancing in the back of the house. Also of the other 2 crew members I saw one had her mask around her chin and the other guy had his under his nose. Again NO social distancing!! I have no way of knowing if any of these people are asymptomatic and may be shedding Covid 19 onto my food. As the unmasked gentleman takes my food out of the oven and places it into the box I really had to decide what I wanted to do. Obviously he was exhaling above my food unprotected as he boxed it up!! I did not consume the pizza. I have contacted customer support through the Little Ceasar's website about this issue earlier when the Pandemic started and it seemed to have been corrected until now. I have had a relative die of the virus and I find this behavior very disturbing that employees of a International chain would not take a Pandemic seriously. I will never be back......

Tonight's order wasn't that great. I usually get the Pepperoni extra most bestest and it usually rates a 4-5 star. But tonight I decided to try something different so I went for the Ultimate Supreme. For some reason 95% of the vegetables were on one side of the pizza. It wasn't all that huge deal I just redistributed the veggies and the flavor was okay. But for some reason the crust was also a little under baked which I find odd since I thought thier oven is automated. I think I'll just stick to the Pepperoni in the future. Hopefully this will help the quality control there a little.
