I went here a lot a couple summers ago and every time I went, they made my pizza PERFECT!!! I would get 3 items: onions, green peppers and the 3rd item I would switch around from pepperoni, ham or Italian sausage...depending on which I felt like having that day.nnThe manager had taken my order many times, and the very first time he took my order, I explained that I really love onions and green peppers. He actually would make my pizza because my pizza was LOADED with huge onions and green peppers...not shavings of such veggies like many other pizza places. He confirmed that yes he was making my pizza.nnI can't explain how great that manager was. I saw him often. The girl working there was so nice too...who I happen to run into at another eating place...she recognized me and offered to share her meal with me, super nice girl.nnThe amazing thing about this Pizza Hut location is, every time I went there, my favorite music (80s and early 90s) was playing. One day I told the manager how I love all the songs he's got playing every time I come in...and thank God it's not rap and hip hop.nnHe explained that the lady who owns this Pizza Hut location actually owns many Pizza Huts in Michigan and she has this same type of music playing in all of them. WOW...I thought that was so awesome, she has the best taste in music!

Ordered a few weeks ago, everything was weird from the jump. Ordered online and was told it would be a 4 hour wait for delivery(it was already late so they would be closed by that time). So I try calling the store and was hung up on twice then when I finally reached someone they said I could pick up and the 4 hour delivery wait I was quoted was correct. So I decide to pick it up at that point. As I’m leaving my house the delivery driver was coming to my door with my order!!! It was only about 30 mins after I ordered when they confirmed a 4 hour wait... weird. Then I get my food In The house and it’s missing 2 items. I call back the next day and was told I would get some free food coupons in a week. It’s been 3 weeks And I haven’t received anything. I paid $60 for Pizza Hut and didn’t even get my full order! Basically they stole my money.

Went in today to have their lunch in a crunch. I wasn't told that they no longer have the lunch in a crunch. When I ordered my meal along with cheesy bread sticks girl came back and said something about the bread sticks and costing more because of the cheese. NO mention that I was going to be charged $6.99 for those bread sticks. Had I known I would have not ordered them. So needless to say that the meal I normally pay $10.06 I was charged $15.99 for. I will not be coming back to this pizza hut sad to say. Waitress never brought us our drinks I had to go ask for them, she didn't bring us plates and silverware, had to ask for them, never brought us a box had to ask for it twice.
