They're super nice about everything. I'm so glad I chose this bank.

Went in to get a checkings and savings account since they were doing a promotion. The staff was really nice and friendly and it didn't take long. I forgot my promotion card but the guy said I could call back ANY TIME to add it to my account.nnSo yesterday I notice 10$ being taken from my savings account, I was confused and called customer service to fix the problem and she informs me that the guy in store had misinformed me about the accounts that would result in no maintence fee and that I didn't have those specific accounts so they quickly took care of changing my accounts over to the right ones but I was still out of 10$ bucks.nnTHEN I call the local branch because customer service said I couldn't call them to add the promotion to my account and that I had to call the branch I opened it up with to receive the promotion and guess what? They said I could add the promotion to my account but when they went to do it realized that there is only a 10 day window to get the promotion in.nSo it's safe to say I won't be visiting this location any more. Hell I'll probably close my accounts because that's just ridiculous... if there was a time limit on the promotion why are the employees not informed of this before hand? The guy who helped me was nice but I'd rather have mean and informed then nice and uninformed. Having to switch around my accounts, losing out on a maintence fee I should've never had to pay, and not receiving the promotion (when I only chose this bank over others because they were doing a promotion) because of a misinformed employee sucks and has definetly left a sour taste in my mouth about Huntington. Nice workers but please just make sure you guys are explaining everything to customers and that you know certain things before giving incorrect answers.
