I ordered off of the online menu the Mardi Gras Hurricane smoothies & Cajun shrimp wrap & bowl .. NOWHERE did it indicate online that they did not have: 1: Shrimp; 2: Cajun Seasoning; 3: Passion Fruit for the Hurricane Mix. My husband drove all the way to pick up our order & at that time & that time only was told that not only did they did not have our order but had nothing to complete our order & offered nothing to compensate us except for one of us to come in on OUR time off of work to get a refund because there was NO MANAGER on a Friday night OR WEEKEND to compensate for their mistakes & inadequacy. We used to like to frequent this location but never again!!!

My most recent experience at this TSC location was sub par. I ordered via the app for pickup in store, but they are only doing drive-thru right now. Ended up waiting 20 minutes in line for our smoothies and the only thing keeping me there was that I had already paid for them. Else I would have exited the line way before getting to the ordering speaker and went home. I did leave a survey review and one of the managers stated that if you order online for in store pick up, you can call the store and someone will bring it to the door. Next time I will try this and if all goes well will update my review. I may have just come in on a training or bad day, but will update my review with my next experience. Until then, maybe my review will help someone! FYI, my smoothies were blended well and tasty, so kudos on the product.
