I have to say, the crispy chicken sandwich is done much better at McDonald's. I was looking forward to it, but it was disappointing, especially because it's a chicken place! Sorry KFC!

Ordered food EVERYTHING was wrong attempted to call 6 times no answer very disappointing no answer. Customer service is lacking to say the least.

Food was horrible. Chicken was over cooked and cole slaw was rancid. I won't eat at kfc again

Personally I just no longer care for the food here anymore. The chicken was extra greasy and not extra crispy. They were out of fries so the car ahead of me just left and the wait time was quite lengthy. The side mashed potatoes needed to be re warmed and I live only a few minute drive from restaurant. For a now premium priced chicken place they have laid an egg.
