Drive-thru line moved fast! For the first time in a long time our treats weren't covered in ice cream or some other sticky mess when they passed them to us.
Just visited here today. They were super nice and extremely helpful. I had never bought an ice cream cake and even though they are drive thru only, I was allowed to go in and see what the cakes looked like. Was informed that they were under new management so hopefully all the issues will be fixed. Give them another try!
I would give it a zero but a one is required. They do not follow dairy queen standard. Wish i had taken a pic of my large cone with a super super skinny straight up ice cream that was the size of a small in a large cone. Also used to see kids that lived in holly work there. Looks like they fired everyone and no longer have any high schools kids there. Super sad but will go somewhere else
Excellent Customer service! We stopped by on our way home and the store was closed, but we seen people inside the building so we knocked on the side window and the owner stated they were closed, but said we could still order.nAbove and beyond for their customers!
This is a great place we're you can eat and have dessert all at the same place.
