Ordered bacon, egg, and cheese english muffin. Got sausage instead of bacon. Ordered a donut. It was stale. Ordered a coffee. It was cold. All around FAIL! Won't be going back there!

Ordered a simple bagel with butter; woman repeated order back but said cream cheese. I told her no, I’d like butter and the screen even showed the change to butter. Get home few minutes later to find a bagel with CREAM CHEESE. Simple as listening to the customer and they failed. Disappointed in such a simple mistake.

Good meal prep, amazing food as always. My issue is when asking a simple question about when the dining room will reopen, the the drive through server, a wf 18-20 years old, was short with her answer. I made a remark of why I prefer dining in, and she immediately began talking to another customer on here head set. While I understand the need for time/ order completion, being rude about receiving my remark , cutting me off, and waiving sarcastically at me, is not what I call customer service.nnThis is for the owner- You probably need to consider seriously why a closed lobby is necessary at this time. There is no reason to remain closed. All restaurants are open in michigan with minor limits on amount of customers at the location. This is becoming a tremendous disservice. Your employees are probably frustrated with trying to adequately represent your operation. Whatever happen to customer service ?nnPlease receive this in peace and well giving of a friendly piece of advice from a loyal customer.nnJS

I ordered three donuts and every time I go there they either barely dip my doughnut and more than half of my doughnut has no frosting on it. I went there the other day they charge me extra to get whip cream on top of my coffee in so I paid the extra and then when they handed me my drink there was no whip cream on top of my coffee so I paid for something I didn’t even get.... and I was in a rush to get to work so I couldn’t sit there and deal with the mistake they made.... would you be happy if your donuts look like this... it’s annoying when you pay for something and it’s not even worth what you pay for....

Good morning, The Holly Michigan location for the second week HAS HAD NO TIM BITS....WHY ARE YOU OPEN??? To the man with the construction truck with trailer I don't what he ordered but he took off with out anything as well....Will not be wasting my time here .... Matt Spilker..
