Ordered pizza online at 6:15. Said pizza would be ready 7:12 to 7:22. Get there 7:18. Sit in car, curb side pickup, call at 7:30 because no one has come out. On hold for 5 min., speak to another guy, who then come back and can’t find my order. 740 now, speak to “the manager” Matt. Tells me that everyone is waiting 2 hours for their food, in which the online ordering did not say. By the end of conversation, told I could only get a refund or get my food, in which has yet to be started. Got put on hold because he is busy and doesn’t have time to speak to me. In the end, no food or refund because I got hung up on. put in order for Domino’s on South side Lansing. Drive there, go to pick up window and food is done and fresh. Will never come back to this Holt location.

The pizza was really good! And I had never had the wings before this trip. I was pleasantly surprised by how they tasted! I enjoy the diner and enjoyed the wings the next day fresh out of the oven!

First time ordering from here. It was super easy to order online and delivered quickly. Tyler was my driver and he followed the instructions I added and even waited in his vehicle until I got my pizza (contactless.) He gave me a quick wave. The pizza was so delicious. My littles ate 2 pcs each!! Would definitely recommend!!!

Ive been going to this domino's since it opened, it started out with amazing quality, since then it has dropped significantly, almost every order I've placed has had a mistake, my usual order is 2 medium pan pizzas, one light sauce, one regular, they often make them both light sauce, then forget the dipping cups that I add to my order.nnThe second big issue is that they don't know how to make the pan pizza correctly, The pan pizza is advertised to be cheese and toppings on the crust, but often times it is made like a regular pizza with a bare crust.nnIm normally pretty passive, I let small mistakes go, but this has gone on for way too long, there are plenty of other good pizza places in Holly, I for one will be taking my business elsewhere, and I encourage anyone who has read this far to do the same.
