We paid off a debt almost 2 years ago, still had wages garnished and haven’t gotten our money back. Now there is a hold on our tax money for this same debt that was paid. Now we can’t get an answer for two weeks because they are working from home....nnEdited to add, it did not take 2 weeks to get a call back. Ryan Fishman called us the same day when he was aware of the mistake and immediately e-mailed documents for us to sign to get the garnishment released. He was very nice and professional and apologetic.

Looks like all the bad reviews were on to something. Indicted for racketeering, etc. fake serving of documents, forged certificates of service, etc. All the companies bragging in the reviews about their great service in their reviews should be ashamed.

Was sued by the Fishman Group for a corporate debt they knew didn't exist. Fishman lied to the Michigan Court of Appeals lieing to the judges that there was a personal guarantee knowing full well there wasn't one. The court of appeals seeing through his lies gave him 14 days to present the personal guarantee, of which he couldn't. The Court of Appeals overturned the lower courts judgement.Mr.Fishman is a lier which is why he was arrested and charged with criminal court behavior. A dirty and dishonestnlaywer. A criminal!!

Wish I could give no stars. Honestly the rudest, most unprofessional man I’ve ever spoken to in my life. Had recieved a letter in the mail so I called, left a voicemail and the next day recieved a cal back in which I was unable to answer so I promptly called back... when he answered I said this is alivia, returning your call and immediately the rudeness started. He responded with “um actually you’re the one that called me” I was in awe at the fact that this is how we started the conversation. He clearly doesn’t look into cases because he was telling me I bounced a check, which never has happened in my life and when I tried to explain my situation he continued to cut me off and tell me “once you go study law then come back and talk to me” literally the rudest experience I have ever had in my life. Professionalism is obviously not this mans strong suit.

only getting one star because i cant give lower,,,,,,,,,,, by far the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever delt with they filed court papers never informing myself of doing so only sending a letter to a address I lived at 15 years prior that no one I know lives at currently they never called they never emailed when asked about where this was filed they said its not our problem they went out of their way to not inform me of anything to get a default judgement in their name total frauds
