We received a summons from a predatory attorney’s office, notifying us we were being sued. We contacted the Kendal Law Group, somewhat randomly and are very glad we did.nnWe had to leave a message requesting assistance, and were surprised by Mr. Kendal’s quick response. He listen to our situation, had me email the summons along with some other pertinent information, and then set an appointment for my wife and I to come in, on Friday.nAfter our phone conversation, I was very confident in his ability.nnWhen we met, I brought additional information with me, but Mr. Kendall was already very much prepared. He had researched what he needed to, and was thoroughly prepared to defend us with not one, but several potential defenses.
