When you say your open at 6a.m. you should be open at 6. Not 6:30. I feel like this store only caters to the tourists and care less about locals.
Hit and miss for staff friendliness. Always under staffed. I just called to place an order and got the most blatant attitude I've ever had from a customer service person. I said nevermind and hung up.
Has really gone down hill since new owners took over. They are extremely under staffed. These new owners are in for a rude awakening when summer truly hits
The lady w glasses working at 3 pm today shouldb fired. She treated my veteran friend like he didn't exist when he spoke to her.. Alec knowshim well. Have some respect for our elders. She ripped us off 2 days in a row. We bought 2 coffees and 2 doughnuts. She never gave us the sale price. She continued to treat us this way for 2 days.
Friendly and helpful staff. They carry a little of everything and make great food, even root beer floats!
