Always good food and fast service

Twice now they have messed up my order. This will be my last time coming to this store. This time, the service was terrible! Employees milling about with no purpose. One person brought me food without making sure it was all there. Then the other person gave me an attitude about their coworkers incompetence. I Walked out knowing the order would be wrong, so I wouldn't lose my composure. Way to take a great food chain and ruin it. I'll drive into Grand Rapids when I want Wendy's from here on.

Visited Wendy's on East Sherman at 1:23p.m., 1-2-2021.....disappointed again. Warm fries, warm classic asiago chicken with a slimy little piece of lettuce and bacon that had been sitting all day which was hard and chewy. Rootbeer had no zip to it. Wasnt crowed, only doing take out our drive thru. I only had to wait a few minutes as the cashier was getting the order ready for the person in front of me. Friendly service. May go back
