This was the 3rd branch I went to on the same day trying to deposit a check. I understand the branch was closed due to the virus but still doesn’t justify the fact I had to wait forever at the drive through line and no one answered. Went to a 4th branch the same day and yup, there I sat for an hour and 20 minutes just to deposit a freaking check. I guess it’s time to switch banks.
Horrible so called customer service. I attempt to use the drive through and the teller suggests I use the ATM because they have three people in line ahead of me inside. If you can't service the drive through in a timely manner then you shouldn't have two lanes open in the drive through. I'm a newer customer so time to rethink my bank.
