Great food special's that are really reasonable. The staff was so nice and informative. We love be in Kalamazoo it's not just for traveler's. Try it out.

3 of went in last night for the first time. service was slow when we first got there. Then it got worse took about an hour to get our Beer after that. . we had to ask another server to get our drinks for us. our server didn't come over. I had to wave and holler out to get our servers attention. I asked her for my tab. it took about 15mins minutes to get my check. I had to get her attention again to get a pen to sign the bill. That was very quick. I signed the bill and left. If course I realized that I didn't remember the credit card. so I went back inside and looked for the card I also be checked the tab I signed to see what card I used.lol .I left and when I was leaving the manager came running out and said that I didn't pay for it .I explained that she gave me a pen and I signed for it.He said she never put it in the system. I asked him why did she give me a pen to sign the bill? And didn't you see me come back in to verify that on the bill at that point I gave him my credit card and he took it. I signed the tab.. He didn't say anything no apology no smile . I am most upset about how it made me look like I ran out on the bill. I didn't. .

This is the only hotel in America that adds a tip to a food pick up order. That’s not a huge deal but the chicken on my chicken Cesar salad...which was $15 bucks for Romaine lettuce, and maybe 1/5 IB of chicken, was cold. Had no warmth whatsoever. I love this hotel and Kalamazoo, but Potters is definitely a place to avoid, Kalamazoo has much better places to offer.

Had a great meal here, 6 of us ate after the air show and the food was fantastic. We almost skipped the place due to a poor review from 4 months ago but we were tired and staying at the hotel so we decided to try it.nnMy mother in law had the meatloaf which we all tried and it was great! Kids had the burger topped with pulled pork and couldn't get enough. Wife and I had the Portobello mushroom Philly cheese sandwich and it was really good.nnWe spoke with the executive chef. Paul, who started cooking here in May. He said he dumped the old menu and we have to say he did a fine job on the new menu!nnPricing was very reasonable with the burgers with the extra coming in at $12, Philly's at $9, and the meatloaf $10. The wait staff was very friendly and the drinks were good to.nnOh try the chocolate cake, we loved it!
