I took my power washer there in May and paid in advance for there service. It is now November and I still haven't received it. I only get a run around.
Very slow at repairs. Owner seems nice and helpful but his personal are rude and ignorant! I would not recommend this place at all for anything. Your business is as good as your employees and he needs to find better employees. I don’t know how he got such a high rating ?
Guy that owns the place is really helpful. He will order and/or find any lawnmower part you need for your particular mower. I needed the push/pump bubble to prime your machine and he ordered it right up. I had it in the next few days and back at it. He or they will fix any equipment you have at a reasonable price. Vety satisfied and would recommend.
This is a great place. The people will treat you like family.
Made a trade.. 1 Toro deck for 1 running briggs motor. Went above and beyond and out of my way I took them 2 Toro decks in trade because he desperately needed them. Was supposed to call when my engine was ready. Never heard a word fron them and its been 3 months. That place is a absolute joke. I'd avoid them at all cost. I will be calling Better Buisness Bureau... And reporting the junk outside to the city now.
