The campsites are far enough apart to allow some privacy. Sites are too small for the very large RVs. Outhouses were quite clean and regularly stocked. We saw bald eagles and heard loons. Lake does not have a lot of room for shore fishing except near the boat launch.
Flat campsites with a beautiful view of Shupac Lake. There are stairs that run down to the water and people often have pontoon boats, fishing boats, kayaks, canoes ud83dudef6, and inflatable rafts that they take out into the lake. There’s a small but nice sandy beach and a single boat launch. In the surrounding woods are trails where you can see deer ud83eudd8c, coyotes, wild turkey ud83eudd83, and you can find trails to the Au Sable River. There’s a water pump and toilets, but no showers. There are pits for fires, but no RV power hook ups so a lot of people have solar panels. Enjoy your camping trip ud83dudcaf
Beautiful lake and quiet. Would be 5 stars if the campsites weren't so close to each other
Was just driving through but will definitely come back for a stay
