Nice hidden gem of a nature walk. Boardwalk through wetlands and just a footpath through the woods. Boardwalk shows it's age, but nice quiet spot. Just over a mile loop. Two offshoots into what appears private property.
A tranquil, scenic path through the sanctuary. I'd guess it took us 45 minutes to complete, with frequent stops to watch whitetail deer, or listen to the woodpeckers. The majority of the trail is on a wooden boardwalk, with higher elevations left as rustic paths. Wooden benches were located frequently along the route. The entire trip was enjoyable, and we'll return often.
This place was really awesome! We saw a bunch of birds and plus so much cool plant life. I can't wait to go back in different seasons
Such a quite and peaceful walk. Lots of wildlife. Just beautiful.
Very nice walking trail. It's about an hour and a half to two hours with a few little kids in tow. Excellent morning walk location.
