They come earlier than expected delivery time, reasonable pricing, and delicious pizza; the crust is just right and they are very respectable in regards to social distancing prodigal. They also accept cash deliveries as well and decent phone service for local teenagers. Seriously can’t complain. Order today! ❤ufe0fud83dudc4fud83cudffe
They have some of the best pizza ever. However, they have the worst service I’ve ever seen in a business. Constantly not picking up the phone, hanging up, not placing the order after I ordered. Many times I have to drive there to order. I guess they are really popular but I think they should find a way to fix their service.
Pizza is good but the staff is shady and rude. Shady because they overcharged me. When I compared the price on the printed menu in the store to the price they charged me, they said their menu had incorrect prices. Rude for being nasty and cursing. I have not returned.
It's been about 6-7 months since I ordered from Pine Lake Pizza, I've probably ordered ~10 times from them over the last 3 years. Last night I ordered 2 pizza's for my family, and everyone felt the quality was much worse than it had been in the past. It feels like they changed up the cheese out, it also felt like to they put on way more cheese. The crust was also somewhat burned. I am wondering if ownership changed, or sourcing of their ingredients changed? Something seems different, and not for the better. Giving two stars as their customer service was good, and the order showed up within 45 minutes of calling in, which they said would be the case.
No one in the back masked in the middle of a pandemic. Person up front was nice enough. Short dark haired woman in the back was not masked at all. Seemed like a manager.
