Very unfriendly. Owner very rude.
When you call to get a simple price for what they will give you for your car, they first ask you all sorts of information that they just do not need during that initial phone call, address, phone number, color of car, social security number, blood type and first born child's name. Then they put you on hold and hang up on you. Quit odd and unprofessional (just like their temper-tantrum of a reply to my review).nAnd their reply to my review should say volumes about the people and the business itself. I'm not going to apologize for writing a bad yet honest review of a business (a business that writes unprofessional responses to reviews of them).
Haven't actually sold a car to them YET. BUT, I keep seeing reviews of folks saying they don't pick up their phones or answer their calls. I simply filled out the info thingy on their website & they called me few hours later, twice. So the phone BS sounds like folks who are just leaving bad reviews because of whatever reason. Just thought folks should know this before judging anyone's review.
Very happy with how much I got paid, especially when the new car dealer told me my car had no value. Other buyers were way off,,ni recommend.
Great place to deal with.. Sold them 2 vehicles already and a 3rd on the way. Have always gotten the price told over the phone and never had to wait for a check. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!
