Great Service

Hadn't been to this location in years. Previously it was well run and efficient. Staff was young but well managed. Returned there this weekend and a lot has changed. Staff was poorly trained and the manager was running all over the place fixing screw ups. He seemed exhausted and overwhelmed. Doors had signs saying to come on in but after we ordered our food they told us we couldn't dine in. Traffic in drive thru was moving very slowly.

I waited 14 minutes from the time I ordered to receiving my order. There were 2 cars in front of me. Each got their food quickly but both windows all the young employees wanted to do was talk. Where was management? Horrible customer service!!!

I eat here sometimes. I enjoy the number 9 or the mcdoubles. I am busy as I travel for work. So, sometimes I have to stop and eat cheap. Usually I just get the huge breakfast platter from McDonald's. I love it. I recommend it if you eat out for a cheap meal.

I really like that the buns are steamed for the fish sandwich. I have Alpha Gal and would appreciate a good veggie sausage biscuit.
