Must share!! I went in for a facial and I couldn’t have had a better experience. With covid and some services not being offered I was so happy that Mint is open and this was exactly what I needed - such a pampering and relaxing experience. I felt safe all the way through and Naomi is beyond knowledgeable about skin care (because I am not). She knew about products and helped me with choosing personalized items for my skin care routine and for my problem areas. Just a calming and therapeutic atmosphere. I left absolutely relaxed but above all else my skin was radiant. I can’t think of a single complaint...there’s even lots of parking.
Favorite Salon and stylist hands down! I walked in and felt very safe with the procedures they had in place for Covid. I love going to Aveda salons for many reasons. The personal attention to detail the products used and the extra special care of the customers. That being said the stylist Lisabella went above and beyond. She totally gave me a new color and cut that I absolutely love. She is a rockstar!! I usually don’t enjoy getting my hair done just due to the time it takes and being bored. This time was different by the time I left I had a great conversation and felt like I just had spent a couple of hours with family. Thank you for the best color and cut I have had in years. Looking forward to my next visit.
This salon does not practice good business. The first time I went there, their system charged me twice for my services. I had to send the salon my bank statements showing the double charge before they would refund the money. The second time they canceled my appointment with no notice, and when I showed up they told me it had to be canceled as the system had the incorrect time allotted to the service I selected, and the stylist didn't have time for my service. Silly me, I tried again, and the same thing happened. Their hair cut was average at best, but the color was decent.
Had a wonderful experience with my stylist. 1st she washed my hair and gave me an amazing scalp massage. Next we talked in length about what I wanted to do with my hair, She gave me some recommendations that were perfect and we chatted the whole time. My hair ended up turning out beautiful, They have a customer for life.
Lisabella is amazing at cutting and coloring CURLY HAIR. My curls are very happy and have awesome shape to them. I get complemented on it alot. Highly recommend her!
