First restaurant that we went to 20 years ago when we moved here from Michigan. We felt very welcomed by the owner's wife...sweet girl. Food is Great!
Used to be a very loyal customer. Loved the food for years. When the location moved from South Beloit to Roscoe, I stayed a loyal customer even though it was farther from home. Since Covid hit, they Used to have a sign on the door stating to call when you arrived because of Covid. Okay. Understood. Apparently owners wife died, sorry to hear. But they put the sign down. But rules were not changed. I walked in and the lady with piercing in face, waitress. Yelled in the back “you didn’t lock the door! A customer just walked in!” Making it feel like it was my fault for not knowing the rules that are not written in stone. On top of it all, got home to find there was a hole in our chicken lo mien which caused all sauce/flavor to be gone from the meal.
Great service and some of the best Chinese food I have had in a long time.
My absolute favorite Chinese food restaurant! I have been going here for twenty years, they never disappoint.
I wish I could leave ZERO stars. We will never order from this establishment again. The man on the phone put me on hold 3 times, and hung up on me once. Kept interrupting me when I was trying to give him my order, very rudely. I should of known right then to say forget this place. When my husband went to pick up the food, the cashew chicken & chow mein were missing. So the guy takes the whole bag back to look for it. As if my husband was lying. TRASH service. Took over an hour just to carry out our own food. Food was cold. Absolutely ridiculous! Our money will be going elsewhere next time!
