Great location but This place is a joke terrible customer service not punctual breakfast and lunch close/open whenever they feel like rude staff when I was a kid to special awesome when the tall Jeff was working there. They used to be convenient and now I just avoid this place only bad experiences every time I go there
Stop before work order two whoppers with no onions one with the fries and one with onion rings and a zesty sauce order of chicken nuggets with a zesty sauce I got whoppers with onions onion rings halfway full No zesty sauce. The other day ordered whopper I was totally cold and it's not the first time this is happening lately it's been really bad service this place is not like it used to be which is sad ☹ufe0f☹ufe0f☹ufe0f
Wow. This was really bad. Not that I had super high expectations from BK, but literally everything about this experience was awful.nWe waited in the drive through for almost 25 minutes. When we finally got our food, we noticed that all three orders of fries were only filled about halfway, my whopper had only Mayo on it (no ketchup), the fries tasted like they hadn’t changed the oil in years, and they gave us no napkins.nCome on you guys, get it together.
I like Burger better than McDonald's except for the fries
Absolutely horrible...I ordered an original chicken sandwich...the long one. They put a spicy chicken patty on it...as if we wouldn't notice. The fries were cold and rubbery.... actually cold....they will not answer the phone...I have been calling for 20 minutes. Do not go here. Today is 11-19-2020...ordered a little after 5 pm...I will be going in if need be to talk to management...this place is absolutely horrible....every order over the last month had been wrong....now they took the phone off the hook after picking up and hanging up on me. Not acceptable. I called corporate and filed a formal complaint
