Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

My husband got an ice cream cake for my 50th birthday and it did not taste good. It was a combo of tasting old and icy. Embarrassing to serve to people and then them feel like they have to eat something that's gross! Very disappointed as I usually love their ice cream cakes! I'd give no stars, but review will not post unless you choose one star.

I'd place 0 Stars for the customer service. My boyfriend, his dad and I waited for a LONG time just for our food. They were screwing around in the back room and in the kitchen, staff on their phones when it was completely busy. Cashier trying to flirt with other staff.nnFries are old, soda fountain needs to be refilled cause it's all flat.VERY old chicken. Dry meat. Too many vegetables.

My wife and I have frequented the Roscoe DQ many times over the years, but tonight was our last visit. We pulled up to the drive through. and there was 1 car getting served, but the light was off on the sign. The car ahead of us at the speaker pulled away and left the parking lot without getting food which we thought was odd. We got to the speaker and waited a few minutes and tried asking several times if they were open with no response. We thought maybe the customer ahead of us at the window must have been the last, so we drove around and the sign said the drive through was open for another 25 minutes. So, we got back in line and my wife called out and asked the car ahead of us now at the speaker if they got an answer and they said no and drove off a couple minutes later. We noticed that the original car was still at the window so we pulled up behind them and when they pulled away with their food, my wife asked the young lady behind the window if they were open. We were told no and then the attendant rudely said “Thank you” My wide tried politely to tell them that they should update their signage then and the girl yelled “thank you” in a snotty tone and slammed the window. Tried messaging the owner on Facebook to explain what happened and just got condescending responses that tried to say we just misunderstood the situation. Admittedly, I lost my temper at that point, but we definitely made our last visit to the Roscoe DQ.

Last night I waited in line for 15 minutes and didn’t get any queso sauce for the queso sticks and had to go completely back in line and wait for another 15 minutes to get sauce. While at the drive through I asked if I could get cheese curds for free since our food was cold and we didn’t get any sauce, which the worker who was taking orders for the drive through said “yes we can do that” and I said thank you. Once getting up to the drive through Mr. Pearson came up to the window, not the one who was taking orders and I explained what happen and he said we couldn’t and didn’t even talk to the person who originally took our order. Horrible customer service and will never go there again. I’ve been going there for years and have never had such terrible service!
