The pharmacy at the Hoopeston CVS is by far the best I have been to! I am not a person who reviews places, but they deserve a huge shout-out! The staff is beyond accommodating and friendly! Thanks for making out of town visit perfect!

All I have to say is that it is pretty messed up that I am refused service at the pharmacy for no mask while the staff at the front of the building wears theirs around their neck! Ridiculous!!! This was not the first time I have had issues with the pharmacy. When you say that you honor Good RX prices, then it would be wise to keep the current Good RX price in your system.

If it weren't for some of the pharmacy staff, this would be a 1 star review. The staff pharmacist doesn't care about the people she services, you are just a number. My son will go without his epilepsy medicine because she is unwilling to help us over a holiday weekend. So I will be on the phone with a pharmacy in a different town first thing Tuesday morning to have ALL our prescriptions transferred. So sad that you can't rely on your local pharmacy to help when you need it.

Absolutely horrible service. A simple phone call as soon as the problem needed taken care of would have been sufficient. Too bad the employees there can't figure out how to take care of the customers. Lesson learned that it's better to drive elsewhere to have prescriptions filled.

Very friendly staff, especially the immunization staff.
