Terrible location. Went through drive. Was asked to pull up and my food would be brought out. After 20 minutes of sitting there and seeing at least 10 cars pick up their food behind me I called. I was told they were busy and that's why even though they were able to fill newly placed orders behind me. I was then hung up on. Finally the food came out and they forgot the drink so I asked the guy for it and he told me to go back through drive for to get it. I told home no since I had been waiting forever and he smiled and walked away so I gave him a couple minutes and he never came back. Tried calling again but they didn't answer the phone. Finally the drive was empty so I backed up to the window knocked on it and got my drink. As I was explaining to the woman that this is unacceptable she shut and locked the window while I was talking. Terrible terrible location and people.

The service was quick the employees were nice but the food was not worth the gas money to drive there it tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a long time! I love KFC but I do not recommend going here. Its a shame you have nice people working at a place where nobody wants to eat

Employees wore no mask while preparing drink. No napkins were given. I've had multiple bad experiences here.

Food's great. 15 minute wait in the Drive-Thru seems a bit excessive for two cars.
