Great place to eat! Amazing atmosphere. The staffs are super kind to me. I really enjoyed eating here! It was my first time eating here and I absolutely loved it! I would also recommend the Sweet N Sour Chicken too! It’s amazing. They can also change your order to your liking. They even have a variety for vegans like tofu or if you like vegetables they have a sections just for that too! I am definitely coming back and I would also recommend people that likes Chinese food to come here!

It’s hard to find a good Chinese food place. Going to any random Chinese place is risky for me and usually ends in disappointment. But China King really is the best place around here, much much better quality than the competition. They have surprisingly fair pricing considering the large portion sizes. I do personally prefer Chinese food with MSG in it, this place does not use it though. But despite that, the food is excellent. Fresh ingredients, good quality beef and they always give you a lot. A lot of places will skimp heavily on the amount of beef/meat used in dishes and use far too much vegetable/bamboo as filler.. not the case at China King.nnI’ve tried their orange chicken, beef and broccoli, fried rice, sweet and sour pork. I recommend the beef or pork fried rice. Not a huge fan of the shrimp they use but that’s a very minor criticism. Their dinner combos are an excellent value. I feel like the vast majority of their offerings are really good and worth getting. I won’t be going anywhere else for Chinese food besides China King. Nice folks who work there as well. Best in the Rockford area hands down. Order with confidence, trust me it’s gonna be good!!

Ordered take-out for total cost 22.36. My food was placed outside on table, due to Corona. It was done in a timely manner and quick service, which is all good. But, when I called in my order person on other end was kinda rude and impatient. After all was done, I checked my bank charges and was charged 26.83. They gave themselves a tip without my authorization for 4.43. I had clearly ot a zero in the tip area. I would have given tip if person on phone was nicer. 4.43 is a little steep for just placing food outside.
