Taylor Street Pizza

This spot provides superb service and delightful meals. One of the best spot around here. The food and drinks served rapidly and the rates were reasonable. Recommended.

I love Taylor Street. I stop in often at lunch for slices which are always good. Today I had a beef sandwich for 1st time which was also very good. We get Lasagna for parties there also.

I really like their pizzas. The owner I've seen has given back to the community when he offers meals to those have lost their job. The so called manager is always a grouch, yesterday she was the worse to me. Everyone else there nice including delivery. I called a 2nd time to kindly ask if they have crushed red pepper and cheese, the young man so friendly and said yes. Called a 3rd time to kindly say I don't have my porch light on, but friendly tip, Christmas lights. Called a 4th time because I was told 40-1 hr By then it was 1hr 20 minutes, didn't complain, just making sure driver okay. Well she attacked me, yelled at me for calling 4times, I tried to calm her down and say may I please explain, I'm not calling to complain, calling to inquire. Then she lied still yelling saying she told me 1hr 15 minutes. I kindly requested to cancel and requested a refund. She said NO to both. I asked to speak to the owner, she's still yelling, that he left. I was told earlier that he was there cooking. I find it hard to believe that an owner during a pandemic would allow his so called manager to treat patrons like this. She also told me still yelling that I can't order from there again. Really? Dave, owner, is this okay with you? What did I do, call nicely to inquire about my order. They arrived at 640. I ordered at 5. If you forgot my order just be honest, but the pizzas aren't even my order, the deep dish was burnt, did she do that on purpose. How horrid, I told the VERY nice delivery guy it was not his fault, and that I didn't want them because of the manager YELLING at me. It's okay if she is telling me NOT to order from there. Morgan was very sweet, took the time to give me an update. I called the Taylor street in Geneva, spoke to Sean and shared this. I asked him to put us on his mailing list, I will order from there, he was nice & professional. Didn't know of this location. I also called Riverside pizza and they deliver to me, so they were more than happy to take us as new patrons. It's ashame that I tried to inbox you and you didn't respond. I'm still shocked this morning of her literally going crazy, screaming you've called 4times. Oh wow!! Again I've kindly stated the reasons I called. I would think during these times, a restaurant would want business.

Great spot to grab a slice. The italian beef pizza is unmatched.

Used to really like coming here for pizza. Tried to stop in yesterday for a slice, but none of the employees were wearing masks. I was extremely disappointed that a restaurant that I had enjoyed was so ok with not only disregarding the state mandate, but also putting every one of their customers and employees at risk during a global pandemic. I will not be returning.
