Diane was incredible!!! She absolutely hands down knows what customer service means!! I first met her at another location but since that location did not have the tall doors I needed, I eventually ended up at this facility. I am so glad things worked out this way because I couldn’t have asked for better service. I was a first time storage facility renter, but she was completely patient with me. The unit I rented had some mechanical issues with the lock, but she was able to get those issues resolved with 2 business days!!!!! Outstanding!!! I wish more people and businesses ran this smoothly.... THANKS Diane!!
Kelly is great. She always has a smile on her face and does a fantastic job. She makes sure she reminds about the app every time she sees me. Thanks for all you do kelly. You are awesome

I made a reservation for my storage online, then I came here and no one was able to help me get the keys and finish my registration , the lady was busy and asked me to come back later or do everything online .nI wanted to say huge thank you to Barb , she really helped me a lot . First of all she helped me find the storage location because google took me to a different place . Then, when no one was able to help me when I arrived - I called Barb and she was able to assist me with online registration!nThank you Barb !! You are the best !
