This place is the BEST storage I’ve ever seen, anywhere in the country....and I’ve moved around a lot!!! It is always spotless - seriously, there’s not even dust!!! The staff are extremely helpful (Maxine is great), the billing is online, the prices are competitive, and there are always (working) carts available. I would, and do, recommend Safeguard Self Storage. They have great security and I feel like my belongings are safe.
The garage door was being left open the security door was being left open. So there was no security at all. A former boyfriend's family member walked right in with the stolen combination to my lock and stole valueable things and a lot of them. The video TV's are obviously for show. I wouldn't put my stuff there if my life depended on it. They are wreckless
We decided to close the account after numerous attempts to contact corporate to inform them that the increase in monthly costs of $176 was getting too exorbitant for our needs. The staff working at the storage facility itself were absolutely amazing people, it's just unfortunate after years of renting that communication and costs were our reasons for leaving.
Maxine is great. Very friendly and helpful. I really wanted to recommend this facility because it's clean, well heated/cooled and the staff is absolutely amazing.
All inside storage, facility is kept clean, temperature controlled, secure access. Employees are human beings. I have never been treated poorly.
