Tara is the face of customer service! Always super friendly and always willing to go above and beyond job description to give a helping hand! Rob is also very pleasant every time I see him! As far as the storage units and cleanliness definitely a plus! You can’t go wrong with U Store It! You will get treated like a old time friend and greeted with a smile every time!
My wife and I are new customers but so far so good. Pleased with the customer service. I can't remember the name of the short woman with long black hair that signed us up. She was pleasent, thorough and on the ball.
We have had a unit for for almost 3 years. And in the last year our unit got MOLD in it. We barley go in and out of it storage and have nothing wet or damp in it.nnI have spoken with 3 different employees, they have taken down my info, taken pictures of the excessive MOLD, and assured me a manager would contact me. I have emailed them at well to get in touch. For months they have ignored me, when I have politely tried to resolve this. So hence my honest and overdue review.nnA few pictures of the many things that were ruined. Things like a plastic high chair can possible be disinfected, but porous things like mattresses, couches, clothes, ect get ruined.nnStore here at your own risk
