A long term customer, small business owner, I had to update my review to include the new property manager named Rob, and another great A++ manager. He has great communications skills, willing to help and understand customers, and has great, caring, helpful staff in the office. The district manager Chris, a A++, by being very responsive to help to Rob and staff with customer questions and concerns. Thank-you! What a great group of professional people here during tough times helping others. ud83eudd17 Sally a previous property manager here is A++. Always kind, professional, very helpful, and does her job very well! Nice to find such great customer service and staff. Even in these difficult times they ALL are here for the customers. I rented a unit at this location and just want to comment about how happy I am with the level of service I received . The manager Rob is always willing to go above and beyond to help any of his customers and made me feel like my stuff is safe and secure at this location. 5 stars for the excellent customer service I received here, will recommend to anyone that needs a unit!!

My 5 star rating is for ONE REASON alone; ROB, facilities manager in Oak Brook Terrace, IL. This is the 5th storage unit I've had in my lifetime and I've never encountered a more tireless and dedicated professional than Rob. I rented a 2500 cubic foot space from him on 11 December and will ONLY rent another 2500 cubic foot space at the same facility because of Rob's impeccable customer service. Although one of the first names/leaders in public storage, Public Storage has lots of competition now and although they don't use enough capital to improve at lease this facility, AT LEAST they're hiring competent people like Rob.

Was helping a friend look for a storage facility in the area to store her household goods while she transitioned into a new home. We came across the Public Storage in Oak Brook Terrace. She went and met with Rob and walked the property. She picked a storage space and we came back the next day to pick up the key and move her belongings into the space. When we got to the office I expressed my concern about the space that was picked out being too small. Rob was able to help out finding a bigger storage space on the spot. During the signing of the contract he was very thorough in explaining the payment breakdown and contract language. Great experience and great attitude! Thanks Rob!
