First time trying it and let me say. AMAZING ud83eudd24 they've definitely earned a new customer ud83dudc4fud83dudc4c I tried the new berry lemonade.
Antoine does a great job managing this location. I go to this Jamba Juice regularly. Lines can get a bit long during lunch rush but that’s to be expected. Good smoothies come to those who can wait a bit and be patient. Whenever I order through the app, my order is always ready when I arrive; store is clean as well. I rarely have issues with my order and if there is something wrong Antoine and his staff go out of their way to accommodate.
Was playing their music so loud i jad to yell over it and they still managed to get my order wrong. I enjoy jamba as a smoothie shop but probably wont be going back to this location amy time soon.
Can you tell me why nearly HALF of your employees aren’t wearing a mask or wearing it below their nose? That is a serious health hazard. And one of the employees with longer hair was Not wearing a hair net, I would not like hair in my smoothie. You need to teach your employees basic proper hygiene, because if they can’t wear a mask they probably don’t wash their hands...
Simply walked into the store AFTER another guest walked out. I waited outside till that point as the sign states. But as I stood at the register, two of the workers litterally yelled in a completely rude manner to wait outside. No please or excuse me or respect, just disrespectful treatment. This was just now at 2:30 pm, the 5th of March. Will definitely stick to my home store in Willowbrook! I have read so many of the reviews and there is a pattern of disrespectful treatment and rudeness! This location needs to restaff and bring in new management!!
