I placed an order then realized delivery was going to be nearly 2 hours. I called to cancel if the estimated rime was accurate. The women on the phone said she would check with her manager She came back a few minutes later to say they could get our pizza on the oven immediately and improve our delivery by a 1/2 hour which I said was acceptable. Unfortunately this did not happen and we have exceeded the initial delivery time. I feel I was told what I wanted to hear just to not cancel. This is not good customer service. Thumbs down on this order. 2 hours not acceptable!!!
We had a great experience with our server Matt today. It is our first deep dish in Chicago! We feel very welcomed with the food and service. The place looks very clean and organized.
As usual..never fails.nLou Malnati's is the best pizza in town.nAnd the brand new one in oak Brook it's awesome..great staff..service ambiance and great food.nTotally recommended it.nYou must try it.
Some of the best deep dish pizza around. The BBQ chicken salad is amazing too. I typically don't like salads but, I always have to grab that chicken salad. The homemade dressing is amazing
First time dining at Lo Malnatis in oakbrook.food was amazing. Dinning room clean and safe. Service was awesome. Shannan was a great server. I will definitely come back. You rock Shanna. Thank You!
