Two out of the last three deliveries, which all took place in the last couple of months, took more than 90 minutes to arrive. Both orders arrived cold, and I had to call the store multiple times to sort out the delivery.nnI call Domino’s for quick delivery (30-45 minutes). If I wanted to wait for more than an hour, I’d order Lou Malnatis.nn————————-nnAs an update, the store provides a coupon for a free pizza, so I thought I’d try again. Complete fail.nnI ordered the pizza at 7:30pm. I received an automated call that it left the store at 7:45pm. I still hadn’t received it by 8:15pm, but the pizza tracker showed the order “complete”. So, I called the store. After waiting on hold for 5 minutes, they let me know if was a system fail, and my pizza had actually never been made. Still waiting for pizza.
Excellent customer service! Taste was consistent as Dominos is my favorite pizza place!! Lately their new feature of curb side delivery in the car trunk is impressive like totally no contact delivery, safe and fresh food!!! The staff was also friendly at this place!! Keep it up guys!!!
We order from the Lombard facility, food is always hot and on time. In my opinion, the best of the value priced pizza chains!

The gluten free tastes good. Sorry it is cross contaminated, but they tell u that before u buy.
