I would hire Vanessa again in a minute. She and her team did a great job and saved me a ton of money when we realized the buyer was doing something funny. Love the Fry group!!!

The Fry Law Group was referred to me through many personal and professional sources. When a fast and unanticipated property sale arose, I was happy to know who to reach out to. Vanessa and her team navigated some unexpected complications with the closing with ease. They kept me updated on the necessary details and I felt assured they were working hard for me every step of the way. I highly recommend this team for your legal needs as it relates to real estate.

Liars and cheats.

Attorney Fry has represented dozens of my clients in the past 10 years. She is one of the most knowledgeable, skilled and communicative attorneys I have ever worked with. Her reputation in the real estate community is stellar.

Complete amateur hour here. Fry law represented the sellers for a property I attempted to buy and they seriously botched the deal. They were entirely unaware of what was going on in the process, were unresponsive to calls and emails, failed to disclose critical details, and made several several utterly obtuse errors with the paperwork. Because of their blunders, I lost several hundred dollars and wasted weeks of my time when the deal collapsed. When presented with an itemized bill detailing the costs incurred, they refused to pay and instead passed the buck elsewhere. Don't waste your time and money with this incompetent firm.nnEdit for counter-response: Ah yes, standard corporate smooth-talking bollocks. You indeed did not represent me (was it not obvious from my second sentence?) and I indeed was not a client. That said, I *was* involved in a deal with your client, a deal that your office bungled in no small manner. As a result of taking action, in good faith, on your erroneous paperwork, I lost a significant amount of money. You did not understand what the problem was when it occurred. You weren't even aware there was the potential for a problem or you did not disclose that pertinent fact. You returned no calls or emails for a week when an explanation was demanded. You refused a demand for reimbursement when your errors came to light. My opinion of your organization being incompetent, unprofessional, and untrustworthy stands reaffirmed.
