From mid 2012 to present end of 2016 that's how long it to her to complete my case, please find someone that knows what they are doing ,not her though, she would give my wife and i the run around with missing forms and we had to nag her to finish our case in the end we had to finish the ds260 by ourselves because she did not do any of that had us waiting for months without keeping contact with us, finally we got tired of waiting so we finish the case by ourselves, thanks alot (not) ....
