Bath & Body Works

So normally you grab a handbasket to do shopping now they hand you two small bags when you get in. Ok but I live on land of bag bans. So I finally take one even though I bring my own. At regio they say I can take home to recycle? I don't want it but it's still mine. I'm more than happy to pull my purchase out so you can scan then I myself can return to my bag! Way to crowded.

They didn't have the mini hand sanitizer i wanted....the lemon sunshine. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This place is great, been shopping here for years, for my assortment of soaps, etc. They are off certain times you go in, being too pushy with product, or not helping you what so over. Occasionally there is an in between. They always have a good selection of scents and have good sales on a lot. Fun to look around with during the different holidays or seasons.

Until today I have not had any bad experiences here. Today I knew it was most likely that they would be out if hand sanitizer but since I am a mailcarrier and have no access to sinks for most of the day I figured it was worth a try. They had none, still not a big deal since I figured that would be the case. What I did not expect was for one of the employees to repeatedly tell me all I have to do is wash my hand and not touch my face. I have seen the news I already knew that. I explained that as a mailcarrier I have no bathroom handy for most of the day and she kept at it! I felt like she was treating me like a child. All I said was that I was bummed but expected them to be out! Maybe have your employees go through some common sense training? Next time if I see that woman I will be walking straight out and buying nothing. I will try to go to other stores from now on.
