Patriot offers phenomenal workouts. You always work hard but no two classes are ever the same. I have tried for years to really slim down but nothing had worked - until I started at Patriot. Classes are not easy but they are effective, fun and rewarding. The excellent instructors and high intensity classes are the only reason I was able to break through the rut I was in. Very few other places will motivate you like this. Come in, put in the work and you will see progress.
