I LOVE this gym so so much. It's all new and very very clean, and the staff is absolutely amazing and makes you feel so welcome! Special thanks to Justin, Melanie, and Sayed for going above and beyond to get me started towards my goals :) I 100% recommend this gym, the equipment and service is unmatched.
The best gym. Has a lot of equipments, swimming pool is neat although the sauna and lockers are not accessible now. But overall the ambience is nice and very clean
Very clean, adequate spray for machines, masks required with temp check. I feel safe getting a good workout in.
One of the best customer service I've ever received. I was going to close the account but Tyler Blue helped, educated and oriented me like everyone should do. I called earlier the same day but the woman that answer me was the total opposite from him. I am very grateful that people like you still exist. God bless you always.
Worst experience ever . My friend invited me to come and check this gym, he got me guest pass an i went there. At the front desk they told me i got two options either to pay for the day or sign up , because of the COVID-19 they can not give me guest pass but if i pay for the day or sign up i can workout. So i ask them why they didn't say anything about this on their web site they didn't have answer. So i decided to pay day pass $15 , a had only $20 cash and they told me i need card or they dont have change. I told them this is not right but that's ok keep the 20 qnd let me work out anyway i waste 45 min of my time.After i said that they just told me leave the guy. Worst customer service i have experience in my live.
